The Wedding Place Cancellation Policy

All payments and deposits made are non-refundable. Full refunds may be issued if the reservation is canceled within 24- hours of booking and canceled more than thirty (30) days before your originally confirmed date and time. You may reschedule your wedding a minimum of 7 days prior to the wedding without penalty, unless park fees are incured at which you are responsible for any change fees. Any rescheduling made within 7 days will incur a 75.00 fee (plus park/location use fee) or a forfeiture of your deposit. Specialty dates and Holidays require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for any rescheduling. Any rescheduling made within 14 days will incur a 75.00 fee (plus park/location use fee) or a forfeiture of your deposit. Payments and deposits made to the wedding place are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule or cancel, your purchases are good for one year from the original date of purchase. No shows will result in a forfeiture of all deposits and payments made to the wedding place

The Wedding Place is not liable in the events of cancelations/rescheduling due to an act of God, war, invasion, civil unrest/disturbances, world pandemic, personal emergencies or military actions. The cancellation Policy will be upheld.

We reserve the right to use any photos for display, republication, promotion or other purposes. In the unlikely event you do not receive your digital photos or video within 3-5 business days please contact us by email to check the status.

*We only archive photos and videos for 45 days after your wedding. We will not give refunds for photos/video that was not received without contacting us by email within 45 days of your wedding date.
